Yes. All healthcare professionals providing services are licensed by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and are qualified to deliver professional medical care.
Our doctors can assess and manage many common medical conditions at home. The doctor will evaluate your condition, provide treatment, prescribe any necessary medications, conduct health checkups or laboratory tests, and refer you to a hospital if a specialist consultation is required. Please note that emergency situations are not treated at home — in such cases, call Riyadh Ambulance at 997 immediately.

Our services are cash-based services. We provide all the assistance, like medical reports and billing documents, to the patient for reimbursement from their insurance company in case it is covered in their policy. The reimbursement depends on the health insurance policy of the individual and may not be applicable under an individual’s health insurance policy. We always advise the patient to check with their insurance whether their policy covers such expenses or not.
If the attending doctor determines that hospital care or specialist treatment is required, they will guide you and provide appropriate referral recommendations.
