    First Response Healthcare Center provides a range of home healthcare services, including doctor-on-call visits, nursing care, physiotherapy, IV therapy, laboratory tests, health checkups, and other medical support, delivered conveniently at your location.

    First Response Healthcare Center’s doctor-on-call services are designed to respond quickly. In most cases, a doctor can reach your location within 30–45 minutes, depending on availability and your location. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

    Yes. All healthcare professionals providing services through First Response Healthcare Center are licensed by the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) in Qatar and are qualified to deliver safe and professional medical care.

    Our doctors can assess and manage many common medical conditions at home. The doctor will evaluate your condition, provide treatment, prescribe any necessary medications, conduct health checkups or laboratory tests, and refer you to a hospital if a specialist consultation is required. Please note that emergency situations are not treated at home - in such cases, call Qatar Ambulance at 999 immediately.

    Yes. A pediatrician can visit your home to assess and treat common childhood illnesses. After examining your child, the doctor will recommend the appropriate treatment or further medical care if needed.

    Yes. When booking a service, you may request a convenient appointment time, and our team will do their best to accommodate your schedule based on availability.

    Our services are cash-based services. We provide all the assistance, like medical reports and billing documents, to the patient for reimbursement from their insurance company in case it is covered in their policy. The reimbursement depends on the health insurance policy of the individual and may not be applicable under an individual’s health insurance policy. We always advise the patient to check with their insurance whether their policy covers such expenses or not.
